These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by The Marketing Leaders to our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
We offer a comprehensive range of marketing services designed to enhance your business’s market presence and brand perception. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Understanding Your Customers: We analyze and identify what your customers truly want, helping you align your offerings to meet their needs.
- Competitor Analysis: We study the top players in your industry to understand what makes them successful and how you can differentiate yourself.
- Strategic Positioning: We develop strategies that position your business as a leader in your industry, helping you stand out from the competition.
- Brand Building: We assist in crafting a brand image that makes your business appear as a major player in the market.
- Expert Positioning: We help establish your business as the go-to expert in your field, enhancing your authority and credibility.
- Innovation Strategies: We identify unique opportunities and strategies that set you apart, doing what no one else in your industry is doing.

2. Fees and Payment
- Initial Insights Package: A one-time fee of ₹11,000 for research, strategic guidance, and the initial setup of your marketing plan.
- Ongoing Marketing Support: A monthly fee of ₹11,000 for continuous implementation and optimization of marketing strategies.
All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule agreed upon at the start of our engagement. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your business, including current marketing practices, target audience, and business goals.
- Cooperate with us by providing timely feedback, approvals, and access to necessary resources.
4. Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your confidential information. We will not disclose your proprietary business information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
All strategies, reports, and marketing materials created by us during the course of our engagement are our intellectual property. Upon full payment, you will have the right to use these materials for your business purposes. You may not distribute, modify, or sell our intellectual property without our written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide effective marketing strategies, we cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date.
8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing and will take effect immediately upon notice.
